This recipe uses pumpkin spice coffee creamer instead of canned pumpkin. We didn't have any canned pumpkin in the house but we did have two bottle of coffee creamer, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
Ingredients:
5 tbs of butter
4 tbs of pumpkin spice coffee creamer
18 oz of marshmallows
9 cups of rice krispy cereal
Optional:
red and yellow food dye
chocolate chips
sprinkles
Steps:
1) Melt the butter in a large pot over medium low heat.
2) When the butter is melted stir in the coffee creamer and food dye.
3) Stir in the marshmallows. Stir occasionally until marshmallows are melted.
4) Stir in the cereal. Once evenly mixed, pour into a pan and flatten.
5) Immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on. Once they have started to melt a little, spread with a spatula. Then shake some Halloween sprinkles on top.
