Monkey Bread

This sweet bread is something I made a lot with my mother during my childhood. It is pretty easy to make and tasty.

If you don't have a Bundt pan, you can make this in a small loaf pan and halve the ingredients in the recipe.

Ingredients:

- 2 tubes of large flaky refrigerated biscuits (or 4 small tubes)

- 1 1/2 sticks of butter

- 1/2 cup of sugar

- 1/2 cup of brown sugar

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla

- cinnamon and sugar for coating biscuits

1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2) Pour sugar and cinnamon and sugar into a bowl and mix together.

3) Cut the biscuits into sixths. Cover with cinnamon and sugar mixture in bowl.

4) Layer the covered biscuit pieces into the pan. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture over the biscuit pieces after a layer is completed.

5) Melt the butter in a sauce pan at medium heat.

6) When the butter is melted, stir in sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla; stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil. Then, pour over the biscuits in the pan. If you have remaining sugar and cinnamon mixed together, you can sprinkle it over the biscuits (It adds an extra crunchiness).

7) Bake the pan of biscuits for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

8) Let cool for 10-15 minutes. Flip the pan over and tap the bread out onto a tray. Enjoy!
